Beautiful hotel in a convenient location in Alpharetta. The rooms were nice even if a bit tight. My biggest complaint is having to pay a 3rd party to park in the hotel parking lot.

Love it!

The employees at this hotel are amazing! All of them always greet you with a smile and are eager to help. This hotel is always clean, a must in my book. We stay here once a month for my son's team training. Great location too. Love it!

Property and the room were good for a one night stay but several hiccups left a bad taste in my mouth. There’s a $12 charge to park in the lot even though it’s an open unsecured lot. It’s also not big enough and when we arrived at night there were no spots left. We weren’t told where to park at check-in and when I asked the guy at the front desk all he did was point and say it was across the street. Overflow parking is free if you want to avoid the fee and don’t mind walking a few extra steps. The room was nice and the beds were comfy but the sink was not draining upon check-in though they did come to fix it. The real problem was upon check in the woman asked me if I wanted to pay with the same card on file or with a different card. I asked to pay with a different card, at which time she said they would also put the deposit on the new card. I swiped my card but turns out they did the exact opposite of what I asked and charged the previous card that was on file. Upon seeing the charges the next day, I immediately called to rectify the situation. She tried to tell me they charged the correct card but when I insisted they didn’t, she apologized and said she would correct it. She asked for my email to send an updated receipt and said the charges would be corrected within 24 hours. Except, she failed to do anything and I never received an email or had the charges updated to my preferred payment method. The customer service ruined my experience and I won’t be back.
