Fine.

Great location. We had a suite which was plenty spacious. Our only concern is that the air conditioner wasn’t consistent. Valet parking was quick & easy.

I don't know where these great reviews are coming from. Other than the staff, EVERYTHING about this hotel is terrible. There is a stench of mildew and old cigarette. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. There is no sound insulation. I could hear conversations on the street and people having adult fun in the rooms. There was some sort of loud cat convention that lasted to about 2am. I wouldn't walk the neighborhood with security. The elevator is barely big enough to fit 1 person and 2 suitcases. I booked 3 nights and moved to a new hotel after night 1.

Definitely DOWN in downtown

This hotel was portrayed differently in photos than in person. Hallways were narrow, lobby was cluttered, walls dirty. The room was unclean, stains on the floors and no space to move around as it was tight quarters, bathroom was... OMG!!

No self parking available. Room service was extremely loud during rounds. Knocking so hard and loud we could hear it down the hall. I was calling ahead for early checkout, no one ever answered the phones. I also sent an email, never got a response. The phone in room didn’t work, so I had to call the main number to connect me to front desk.

The air in the bedroom didn’t work only blew out heat and the tv didn’t work. There was bugs in the room. The office was contacted and management was supposed to come up to the room in the morning but didn’t . Asked for a manager during checkout and they were conveniently not available.

My stay was fairly normal. I had no issues checking in and out with the hotel and the complementary breakfast was very good. The rooms were simple, I had no problems in mine, however I overheard several other guests having issues in their rooms the entire time. One guest’s toilet was broken for 2 days and no one came to fix it after she called several times. Another guest had lost complete power in her room for 24 hours, and again no one went up to help or even offer to change her room. She eventually was very upset in the lobby asking for a refund. I felt bad for these guests, as I had no issues the whole time. Basically, it was a well and normal stay for me but not for others. So if you do stay here, you might get one or the other.
