My room was not clean I had to switch rooms to go to a room with dirty floors. I was told that I was going to have someone to mop my floors the next day while I was work, but it was never done

DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM! TEHY TOOK MY MONEY AFTER BOOKING A ROON IN Savannah,GA. They didnt send me any confirmation or which of rhe 3 Baymont hotels it was. When i got to theconw i thought it was. The frontvdesk said they donr have any info on me. So i had to pay out of my pocket. Called hotel.com the next day and they said they were goung to keep my miney because i cinsidered asca no show. How is thatvwhen you didntvsend the address or the damn confirmation number. So they said they still keeping my money. I Paid for a room twice. DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM I surely will not book with them again

Not enough towels, bathroom sink drained poorly and the fridge wasn’t very cold even on the lowest setting. That’s about all the negatives, and none of these were really that big of a deal. The overall style and cleanliness was excellent, shower pressure was great, breakfast was really good.

The lady who checked my in was extremely nice and helpful. The parking was free and good. The room was clean. The bathroom was very nice. I remembered you try it. I will definitely stay there again.

This was my 3rd time here. The staff and management are great. Rooms are cozy and clean. The courtyard is a lot of fun with a putting green and giant chess board.

The property itself is good, outside the parking lot and to get to hotel was sketchy. I would have felt better if there was security in parking lot. It was not safe to walk off property. My room was clean, although there was left over food in the mini fridge. I simply threw it away and cleaned the fridge. But fire pit and pool was nice.

Nice place to stay.

I have stayed here a few times as I go to Augusta every month. Prices has recently increase on the hotel that makes it no longer affordable. The hotel is very nice and breakfast is just ok.

N/A Did not have a pet and wish that I would have done my homework before booking the hotel as I am not a pet person. I am not booking at this hotel in the future because I do not believe that pets should be allowed in every room or in the eating area.
