Room was clean; staff friendly and informative. Beds were comfy. Several packs of guests roaming the halls and partying until quite late, and although the walls seemed reasonably soundproof, every sound from the halls drifted through the thin doors. Shower had good pressure but lukewarm was as hot as it got.

The only thing I'll ding here is their place for breakfast. It had very minimal options. Considering how nice the resort is, this was very surprising.

The staff was lovely. Front desk and restaurant. We ate around 730 pm and our waitress was fantastic. The room was also lovely. Clean, spacious, lots of windows and the bed was super comfortable.

Room was a bit dated. Washroom door in room wouldn't latch closed. Washroom floor was on a slant. Pool area was clean but hot tub was not actually hot more warm bath water like.

I fell in a pot hole walking from the pool to my room. Hurt my knee and hand. The walkway is not well lit and I didnt see the pot hole. Did not enjoy the rest of my stay. The staff were great getting bandages for my knee.
