Only issue was the breakfast. Reservation said it was included with room which was confirmed at check-in. At checkout we were charged. They were kind enough to discount but the miscommunication was really the issue.

Everything was clean. Hot tub was wonderful to have after a long day. Shut off for maintenance one morning. We thought we had an included breakfast but apparently we didn’t. So we paid the $33 on the first day and went to McDonald’s our other two days. Inconvenient, but nowhere near as expensive. We would definitely stay here again, but we’ll be more careful to check on what’s included.

I recently stayed at the Bangor,ME location for 3 nights. There is a sign on the mirror in the bathroom that says the rooms get serviced every other day which would have been fine but the third night our room was not serviced. I had to call for clean towels that third night. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide service. I complained at check out and because I booked through orbits the staff person at the desk said there was nothing he could do but I could help myself to some snacks at their snack pantry, no thanks.

This Hilton had a grand entryway and hallways, but very average rooms and dated bathroom. Bed was 3/5 for comfort. However it was very clean and breakfast was great. Staff were also great.

Quality Hotel

Staying at Hilton Garden Inn due to an early morning flight. Location was convenient, and there are options for eating out or shopping. Staff accommodating to provide adjoining rooms for our family. I would always highly recommend any Hilton Hotel, and being a member helps with points!
