If you’re a Gilmore Girls fan, Bar Harbor Manor is your Dragonfly Inn, and Constance is your Lorelei! The space was decorated for fall, warm apple cider greeted us as we walked in and Constance went out of her way to draft an itinerary for us for our day in town. The room was so clean and the service was just lovely. We couldn’t have had a better stay! Truly like a dream!! Thank you, Constance!

We loved our two night stay here in Bar Harbor! The room was awesome! We enjoyed the mulled cider and cookies each night. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The property is ideally located so everything you would need is within walking distance. Very clean and the cider and soup at check-in were outstanding! Recommendations for dinner were spot in from the staff and we would absolutely stay here again in the future!

didn't know room was on 2nd floor with steep stairs - no elevator in building. Not ideal for old codgers like us in our 70's. Also, had to go across the street to get ice from the machine outside of the lobby. Not the best place we've stayed in.

Great place, great location. Staff was super helpful with local recommendations!! Nice grab and go breakfast. We didn't ask about elevator, so our bad, but did have to schlep all all luggage up a flight of wooden stairs!

Our stay at the Bar Harbor Manor was great! First off, our room was upgraded to a suite with a gas fireplace. There was daily housekeeping services and a great grab and go breakfast with yogurt, fruit, muffins, juice and tea and coffee. The innkeeper, Chris, gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants, which made our visit even more memorable. If we ever get back to Bar Harbor we’ll stay here again-LOVED IT!!!

The welcome at arrival was unmatched. We were made to feel like visiting friends. The room was quaint, clean and well decorated. The Manor was well maintained and the gentleman at the front desk was more than helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend a visit.

Favorite Stay

The staff is super friendly and helpful, always offering advice on the best hikes and spots around Acadia and Bar Harbor. I like the assigned parking next to each room and that this hotel isn’t too close to the shopping streets. Conveniently just a 10 minute walk to Main St, this place gives the ultimate quiet comfort after a long day of hiking/sightseeing. Book early because they sell out fast!!
