Elevators system needs an upgrade to be more effective. No coffee/tea in rooms and would be nice to have a small fridge. Also asking for ice at the front desk all the time is not convenient when busy. One ice machine in the hotel could solve that. Food area was good, but a bit pricey. Could have an options for just toast and coffee vs the full buffet. Location is good to local shopping and other restaurants within a 5 min walk. Pool is a small punge at 1m deep ( maybe 2.5m x 4.m in size )

He had a really great stay at this property. It was very close to all the attractions. Some of the areas around the hotel aren’t the safest areas, but the hotel itself is very secure and you can’t expect perfect safety in such an old city. the staff was really nice. The room was very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The location is in probably the only area of Barcelona that felt unsafe to me on my whole trip to Spain. There were homeless people sleepy near the entrance and down the street and the locals seemed very unwelcoming. My room was not very clean, dust on most surfaces. And there were other guests who were loud and calling to eachother down the hallways early in the morning. The view from the rooftop was beautiful, but the pool was very small and too crowded to enjoy. I would not book this hotel again.

The hotel is great but located on an area that I do not recommend for families and people travelling with children. No fridge in the room, so plan accordingly.

Location of hotel was good , good transport links close by , very clean and basic, plunge pool was very handy at the end of the day after coming in from heat however got very busy , bar was reasonably priced. Rooms were basic and would have benefited from a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities, bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly but on checkout the guy was not very helpful when we asked him to call us a taxi as there was five of us and rather than help he told us the rank is outside and to go out there and we had to wait ages for a taxi that had capacity to take all of us , overall a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend trip

Fantastic Hotel with Rooftop Pool and View of City

Fantastic hotel offering top service from start to finish. Welcomed by friendly reception staff upon checking in and had all facilities available to us explained really well. The breakfast buffet is wide ranging and offered the healthiest choices we have ever had. The rooftop pool has incredible views of the city and gives you a really nice environment to relax in. A bar is also available for snacks and drinks. We had local places recommended to us when chatting with the bar staff which I thought was really nice and offered that little extra to make the holiday special. Went to the recommendations and they really didn't disappoint! Location is really good too, just a ten minute walk to the port / harbour. Highly recommend and will most likely visit again.

Breakfast and pool area were great. Pool was crowded but we managed to go later in the evening. The area around the hotel is not the best but still safe to walk around and close in proximity La Rambla and metro so it was easy for us to get around. We had adjoining rooms because we had two kids with us so the room was spacious. AC wasn’t the best but cool enough to be comfortable. Overall a good experience.

The hotel staff, room, breakfast, cleanliness, rooftop pool and view were all amazing. My friend rented a bike from the hotel and said it was a good experience. The location of the hotel was next to a court yard that wasn’t family friendly but it was walkable to so much. Other than that, I would recommend this place!
