The staff at the H10 Madison were beyoond amazing. Some of our luggage never made it until after we left and they were so kind and helpful when we really needed it! They went above and beyond in so many ways. Because of them and our stay there i will continue to stay at H10 properties. The staff there deserve to be recognized. The room was beautiful and clean. An absolute fantastic stay, made more special by the hotel, its staff, the location and the standard of hotel. Wonderful room, junior suite with all the amenities you would expect, spacious, spotless, wonderful bed, double shower, mini-bar, coffee making etc. What made the stay wonderful was the politeness, friendliness of the reception staff, super helpful and even more so, it was my partners birthday and the housekeeping staff must have seen the birthday card I had given her on the bedside stand, and that evening there was a knock at the door with a bottle of fizz and chocolates compliments of the staff, an amazing wonderful gesture and example of excellent customer service and communication between departments within the hotel. The location of hotel is perfect too, within the Gothic Quarter and so convenient to walk around town. Cannot praise this hotel enough.

Staff were all very helpful, spoke excellent English, were patient with our broken Spanish. They were accommodating, interesting sources of local information, and enhanced our amazing stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room was spacious, beds were super comfortable, the room was impeccably clean, quiet and the turn down service was excellent. Location of the hotel is prefect being so close to the metro.

The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were very helpful. We had New Years Eve dinner in the restaurant, and amazingly, the chef cooked vegetarian menu just for us two that night! Eight plates were all very imaginative and delicious! The only thing that could improve was that there was no follow-up of joy up on the roof terrace, not even a countdown! Fun time seemed petered out by then.
