The space

Harmony House is a thoughtfully designed A-frame garage apartment offering:



400 sq ft open living space



100 sq ft loft with two twin beds (low ceiling, ~5 ft max height)



1 queen bed on the main level



Sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably



The loft is a favorite for kids and adventurous adults.



Step out onto your private balcony overlooking the gardens and dome—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Fee: $75 per pet per stay. Booking sites do not  collect this fee for us. You can leave it on the table at check out or Venmo can be arranged. In some cases we can bill your card on file. If you booked directly with us, you paid at booking.

The Property

This is where Harmony House really stands out.



The grounds feature:



Direct river access

The river here is natural and shallow, about knee deep at the bank to deeper areas at the end of the gravel bar more suitable for swimming and fishing. Most guests enter by sitting on the bank and sliding in or by walking in through the elephant ears along the bank.

Good to Know



This is a natural, riverfront setting—expect wildlife, insects, and changing outdoor conditions. Outdoor furniture may require a daily wipe down before use.



The tropical dome is a greenhouse and can get warm during the day



Grounds may occasionally be shared with guests from our sister property, The RiverHouse, located on the same grounds but there is plenty of space and privacy. or, you can rent both and have the place to yourself.

Other things to note

The occupancy listed is the max occupancy this property can accommodate. If you intend to host any event, celebration or other function, you will need to disclose this to us in advance and obtain approval, including an agreement to all additional fees and terms.



Travel insurance is strongly recommended as cancellation policy is strictly enforced. If cancelled after cutoff, we will do our best to rent the property and provide you a refund with the collected funds less a 20% rebooking fee.
