I do really like this hotel. It’s their second time we have stayed there. It’s very close to my family‘s house and it’s in the price range that I like with what I appreciate for a hotel stay. It’s not high-end, but it’s very clean and comfortable. What we did not like was the best person who greeted us on our stay. Granted we got the late night person, but she was very cold and unfriendly. We showed up around midnight, but we had warned them of a late night check in. Either way if that is your work shift I think you should still be held to the same standard as if we showed up at 3pm. When we checked out, my friend had left two items in the room. We called immediately, but it took us forever to get someone to go look. When they did, they held it for us our family member to come get. But when we picked it up later, they don’t only found one item and they never told us this. As we knew that both items were left we also knew what happened to them. Clearly, both items were not turned into the front desk. Very disappointing.
