Friendly staff but not a suite

The last time we stayed at a Springhill Suites, it was an actual suite. Here, we got the largest room and it didn't feel like a suite at all. The layout was kind of weird. The couch was uncomfortable and the one TV was facing the divider between the couch and the beds. So you neither position could really see the TV. The beds themselves felt like a rock; completely uncomfortable. And for 4 people, we got one and a quarter rolls of one-ply toilet paper for 3 days. Not great. We ended up buying our own. The breakfast food was just okay, and we started early. The oatmeal bar was nice, but it was almost gone which was kind of weird for 6:30 am. It looked like it had been sitting there awhile or was leftover from the previous day. The staff was awesome though. Very friendly and helpful.

Room was very, very spacious. Breakfast was average. Room noise from above was fairly loud. Nice to have charging. Room materials seemed fairly old and the outer blinds had a huge tear in them.

The room smelled like a musty wet dog but I did not get a chance to tell the front desk because we rushed out for dinner which we were running late to. When I got back super late I had air freshener in my car so I used that and ran the bathroom and room fan and it ended up being ok.

Great hotel for the price with free breakfast included. They have a bar that serves food and EV charging stations outside. Great setup in the room with separate toilet and shower areas. Television is viewable from bot the livingroom and bedroom areas.
