Never mentioned that pool and hot tub was empty. Said it was a yearly maintenance, why schedule the maintenance at the end of June? Was not told before I checked in. I saw some very disappointed children when they found out. If I had known before hand I wouldn’t have stayed there. Plenty of other hotels that I could have went to for the price of this one.

One of the front desk employees was very rude and acted very put out by having to help customers. I went down to the lobby to request a blanket for the fold out couch and it really set off the man that was working the front desk. It put him out so much that he threw his keys on the desk and let out a be sigh. Unfortunately the very rude employee will make me think twice about booking there again. He definitely does not need to the face of the hotel!

When we arrived at the hotel they said they only had a king bed available instead of two queens. This simply would not work. After holding my ground for about 15 minutes they magically found an available room with two queen beds. They said this frequently happens with 3rd party bookings.
