Overall ok, but could be even better!

Overall ok for a family trip. Some of the downsides: loudness in the hallways and paper thin walls, cleanliness could be better - old drips visible on bathroom walls and showerhead was downright gross, I was afraid the shower handle was going to fall off in my hand. Plus sides: hotel guest discount to the waterpark, excellent breakfast options and service, and every staff member encountered was wonderful. Ample parking, overall fairly safe - but there was what appeared to be a homeless man living in his car in the waterpark parking lot, which is crazy that hasn’t been addressed. We stayed a Thursday and Friday night. Definitely busier on the Friday, but reasonable crowds to deal with in the waterpark.

Clean rooms, pet friendly, the cove is great and the staff is very friendly and very accommodating to a last minute get together in a private party room. The arcade also is a great reasonably priced place to play and eat!

This hotel is in dire need of upgrades. The air conditioner in our room was incredibly noisy and the room itself wasn’t very clean- dirty towel from previous guests behind furniture, greasy hand marks all over the doors, walls that you can tell haven’t been cleaned, a broken window held together with tape, and the hotel itself is just old. There was next to nothing for breakfast choices and the price of the rooms doesn’t include use of the Reef. I had to visit the front desk three different times because the keys to our room wouldn’t work. We stay in Billings frequently, but we won’t ever be staying here again.
