Did not clean our room for multiple days, said we had to request that service. Had go down to front desk to get clean towels wait 5 hours total for 3 large towels 3 hand towels. Swimming park was great.

The room was okay. It’s getting more run down every time we stay there. Big stains on the wall, loose faucets, etc. The staff was awesome, but they can only do so much. They ran out of towels at the reef and the front desk. That’s not their fault. They looked really embarrassed when they told us. Lack of towels at a hotel tells me there’s bigger problems than the staff.

They said animal friendly and blamed us for other kids and dogs screaming around. They wouldn't give us towels and are very prejudice.

Bunk beds had broken rungs. Walls paper thin. The tv would shut off but the volume stayed on. All the walls were beat up and patched in room and in lobby. No towels at the water park. The workers closed water park early because they wanted to leave early.

The front desk guy was very helpful. That was about the only good part of our stay. We were told to park around back where it was the easiest access to our rooms through the side door. As we got out of our cars there was a man and his dog sitting in his vehicle smoking drugs. He began to scream and yell at us. Well as we slept this man keyed both of our vehicles. In the morning when confronted and was told the cops were on their way he took off. He was the brother of the gal ant the front desk. All around horrible experience at this hotel. Would NEVER stay again.

We chose this hotel because it seemed family friendly and has a waterpark attached to it. It is not family friendly. We came with twin 1 year olds and our 2 year old daughter. At 8:30pm on a Saturday night, we got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint saying our toddlers were running in our ROOM too loudly. At 8:30, on a Saturday, at a resort who’s selling point is catering to family’s with a waterpark. When I explained to the front desk it was 1 year olds, I was told to keep it down. Not staying again.
