BIG Mistake
This hotel was worth $30 a night & definitely NOT what I paid. There were some updates, but not everything was “finished.” The bathroom was horribly done & the furniture did not pull the room together. The bathroom was like a college dorm bathroom; I did not even use the shower as I felt I needed shower sandals. The towels need to replaced as they were like sandpaper. There were 3 pillows on the bed & each one was of a different texture & firmness. The vents were not cleaned. I went around everywhere to disinfect every touchable surface. I brought my dog with me & it was an extra $20 charge. There was no carpet in the room & if my dog had an accident, using the towels & disposing of them would have done the hotel a favor. Walking into the lobby was a reality check that I was hoping the rest of the stay did not match (it was the worse one I’ve ever stepped into & customer service was less than average).
I am very upset that I used my rewards money on this hotel as it was NOT worth it in the slightest. The pictures online are not realistic compared to reality. Other hotels looked great after driving around compared to this one. The hotel looked like they should have paid guests to stay there.
