PINEAPPLE HOUSE - Delightful two bedroom, two bath elevated home, camouflaged in its own beautiful, mature landscape. Tastefully renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, and an open breakfast deck off the sunny eat-in kitchen. Both bathrooms have also been completely updated. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. There are televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living room. This home has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There are vaulted ceilings, wood floors and plantation shutters. Deeded beach access just a few steps away. 22nd Street West is a desirable address close to the historic village where you can enjoy everything Boca Grande has to offer.

This property is beautiful and in a great location. Short steps to a gorgeous beach. We saw turtle tracks in the morning and enjoyed playing in the surf and sun. I definitely recommend :)

Gorgeous Home

Terrific home. Lots of space and comfy beds. VERY close to the beach, and the beaches north of town have few if any people on them. Two downsides: The house is a little far from town, but not a deal breaker. The bedroom we stayed in was quite noisy because so close to highway, and the air system (only in that one room) was VERY loud.

Boca Adventure

Vacations are meant to be enjoyed but some are better than others. This was one of those vacations. Out cottage was perfect for our needs. Not knowing anything about Boca Grande and Gasparillo Island we weren't sure about location, convenience, beach access etc. All were 5 star. The VRBO office couldn't have been nicer. We met the owners on our second day and they made the stay even more special. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend our accomodations.

Love Boca Grande

The property was great. It was as advertised. Location, amenities, and interior upkeep hit the mark. (The exterior could use a little work and we were a little disappointed that the Widow's Walk that appears in property photos no longer exists) Our experience with the check-in process leaves room for improvement. Following the directions sent, we stopped by to obtain our check-in packet but the office was closed although it was during the posted hours. As instructed, we obtained our packet from the outdoor box, only to discover that the keys inside where to another unit. Our calls to rectify the situation were never returned for days. Fortunately our unit was unlocked and it didn't effect our vacation. I get that mistakes happen, but not returning a phone call to fix them just doesn't work for us.

Long weekend getaway

We’ve been to Boca Grande many times, one of our favorite places! Found this house last minute! We loved it, great location, close to downtown! House was beautiful, so nicely decorated in the coastal theme, also a very tropical & well manicured property. Loved the short walk to the beach too! Not very crowded for a holiday weekend, it was such a fun time!!!
