Very noisy throughout the entire night. Doors to room don’t block enough sound out from hallway with large gap on bottom. Also they should have a soft closing mechanism because other guests were letting their doors slam behind them at very late hours after 2am.

The pluses: room came with buffet breakfast in the morning. Also, for whatever reason, maybe it was my car, but they allowed me to park it right up front. That essentially was the valet people, and they were rewarded for that. You should know there’s a $25 a night parking fee. However, on the downside, I did not get the VIP treatment. I should have being an Expedia VIP member. There’s nobody to get your luggage up to your room like most fine hotels .. this really was a no-frills hotel and for $500+ a night I expected more. Stayed 2 night , housekeeping forgot to clean my room ….not a great experience ….maybe I am spoiled ..

The room was very well layed out and comfortable. TVs did not have Netflix or other streaming options. Internet was free but slow. Manager was excellent as he helped us load our car. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will book it again.
