Shuttle and pool was out of service. Wall paper peeling off the walls in room. AC smelled very moldy. Entire hotel (walls, carpet, doors, molding) was very shop worn. The entire hotel needs to be refurbished/remodeled. Breakfast was very limited to pre bought carbs (bagels/muffins). Limited fruit - also out of bananas. No eggs or breakfast meats. We felt short changed for the money we spent to be there.

I have stayed at this numerous times over the years. I was very disappointed this time. The condition of the room was horrible. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, ceiling was damage, stains on furniture and carpet, bathroom tub was damaged. We never had any hot water in the shower, but did have hot water in the bathroom sink. In addition, the keys kept not working and had to go to the front desk multiple times to have them replaced. The ice machines did not work except on the first floor. Tub was slippery and had to go to the front desk to get a mat for the tub. Phone did not work to get ahold of housekeeping or front desk.

There were several holes in the carpet, there were several stains on the walls in both the rooms and hallways. Lots of frayed edges on the carpet. The sheets had holes in them. Overall, unhappy with the property.

Property and rooms poorly maintained

We were really disappointed with the Hotel The rooms had cracks in the wall the carpet in our room was torn in several places and there were cracks in the walls and leak spots everywhere. We had cemetery services Friday most of day and traveled on LIRR to hotel. We would have chosen another place however it was booked through hotels.com

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, the room itself really needed an upgrade—badly. The furniture felt dated, the carpet looked worn, and the overall vibe just wasn’t up to today’s standards. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected for the price. With a renovation, this place could be much better.

Hotel Horror

DON'T STAY HERE!!! Hotel is dirty and tired. Carpet in rooms are all torn. Walls have cracks. Bed is old and lumpy. Pillows are soft and mushy. Towels are thread bare and you have to pick up additional towels at desk. Bathroom is missing sink stopper. Asked about free shuttle service to airport at 8 am, they said no worries, just come down and our driver will take you. Next morning when we came down to grab the shuttle they told us the driver was at Home Depot and will be back soon. We ended up calling an Uber. Free breakfast was only dry cereal and bagged muffins. We choose this hotel based on early flight and proximity to the airport. Never again. DO BETTER!
