Big Cedar Lodge offers 326 accommodations with iPod docking stations and DVD players. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. Flat-screen televisions are featured in guestrooms. Accommodation at this 4.5-star lodge has kitchens with coffee/tea makers. Property dated. Cottage small for the price. Rented a cabana and service was mediocre. Front desk gave wrong directions to cottage at check in and wouldn’t provide assistance when we locked ourselves out of the room. We had to return to the front desk only to be told we should have called and they would have brought us the key. First time to visit, will be the last. Not worth the hype.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Big Cedar. Lots of activities and clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff was stellar. Friendly and Helpful. I have to say that the value was not all that great. My room was $600 give or take, and it was nothing special. Again, it was a great place and I would return. The value was my only gripe.

Loved the decor and the property was very peaceful! I wish our room would have had wood ceilings and walls-more lodge looking. Our Internet didn't work/said router needed unplugged. And toilet didn't flush well.
