The property had an easy access onto the nain street and off if the main street. Nice indoor pool for the children. Easy and safe, well lit parking area. The staff was friendly and willing to be of service. Upon our arrival, we were eagerly received by Mr Dave and Ms Sherri. Our room was ready on time. Each morning we received a filling breakfast prepared by Ms Dee. Will return again

Reserved three rooms for one night in early June. Location was very convenient south of Highway 76/165 intersection in Branson. Desk clerk was very efficient and helpful. She had my rooms waiting for me. The price was as agreed to on Travelocity. Property was older but rooms were clean and parking was convenient. Indoor pool was in good condition, located in a separate building in the motel parking lot. We swam until 10pm. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay in this motel again.

We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary in Branson. The Carriage Inn was clean, bed was comfy and free breakfast was good. My only issue is that we stayed four nights and they never made our bed. They changed our towels, but no bed making. They have an indoor pool, but we didn’t use it.

Breakfast was very good, room was clean, bed was good. Only concern was the bathroom. Toilet was very low with no grab bars. For seniors that made getting up from toilet a significant effort. For tall persons the shower was difficult. The shower head was very low for me and it did not pivot up hardly at all. For water to reach my head or under arms required an extreme effort. For people under 6 feet that might not not be a big deal. A different shower head might solve that problem for tall people.

The room and the area were great, as well as the staff. The only suggestion we thought, and the other people with us was also thought was that the food (namely biscuits and the sausage) were not cooked long enough. There was a little uncooked dough in the biscuits and the sausage not brown at all.

The kids had fun in the pool. The lady at the desk was super nice. We did not like going up the outside stairwell to our room and walking thru the smoke of people sitting in that area.

An older hotel compared to more modern options, but has a charm to it that makes it unique. The rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Outdoor smoking is allowed and there is a nice (indoor) pool available. There is free breakfast and the staff were truly wonderful. I don’t think I have ever received a call from a hotel to confirm my reservation before or to be recognized upon arrival for my stay. Great price and right off the main drag of Branson. Can’t wait to stay again!

Very Clean, quiet, with awesome parking so no matter what floor you’re on, you don’t need an elevator. Beds comfortable and we didn’t need a thing. Breakfast exceptional. Even had sink, soap and disinfectant in the dining room. Staff very kind and attentive!
