It was dirty & dirty carpets... the hotel smelled moldy.. people smoking weed outside the hotel even smell like weed walking in the hallways ....we stayed one night and left.

We did not stay. The facility was advertised as smoke free and the entire facility smelled like cigarette smoke. There was hair and stained bedsheets in each bed. We promptly left.

Disappointed in the management. Manager needs better customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and told manager we needed new towels and trash taken out. Never came to clean our rooms and never seen one housekeeper. Definitely not going back to this hotel location

The manager was really nice but said he had had no help. We stayed 4days/3 nights and had no housekeeping service at all. Elevator did not work properly, they allow dogs and we had 2 dogs in adjacent rooms bark for hours the first night. Manager tried to get it taken care of and was apologetic. Breakfast was cold, biscuits were rock hard. Again manager was nice but said he had no help and said he was working 24/7 Very few outlets for charging phones. Had one for microwave/frig/ coffee maker so you could only have frig plugged in if you need to charge your phone. Shower is small with mini soap. With no housekeeping service we had to go buy our own. Toilet/shower area was really small. No clock or lamp in the rooms. No carpet flooring was tile and did not look very clean. Air and heat did work well. Beds were adequate. Parking was easy with easy access in and out of hotel and near attractions It was not what we expected of a Red Roof Hotel.

The bedding didn't look the cleanest, we went to Walmart and bought new for our stay there. The floors were recently made into snap together hard wood and there was still sharp staples hanging out of the transition trim between the bathroom and bedroom. The water was plumed backwards in the shower on the single handle water valve ,so to have hot water it could barely be turned on . All the way up was cold . The back door was taped open so u didnt need a room key to get in. The guy at the front desk was very nice .

The room wasn’t clean at all didn’t have a clock wasn’t stocked and when I asked the clerk to look he said they were doing construction and they were not doing construction on that floor or the room. Brought me a clock that didn’t work instead of changing me to a different room he said that the room was cheap because of the fact of the short staff and working on the building didn’t know what to say and asked me what I wanted him to do. I finally just left he said that the staff was not doing their job and they didn’t care. I wouldn’t have booked a room had I been told of the building construction and dirty rooms. The advertising on the site wasn’t at all like the rooms. He should’ve offered a better room and he didn’t. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Stayed in winter with lots of snow. Parking lot and walks needed to be cleared for safety. Room did not have all towels & washcloths, had to go to desk to get them. Room phone did not not work propertly, was reported. No breakfast provided as advertised, but can understand due to only three or four rooms being occupied. Rooms clean, ok!
