Uusittu, omakotitalon alemmalla tasolla perääntyä, vain muutaman kilometrin päässä Downtown Brevard! Oma kansi näkymät metsäinen omaisuutta jossa on mukava istua ja ulkona kaasugrilli !! Paljon ikkunoita. Tilava makuuhuone King Size sänky. Iso olo on viihtyisä oleskelutila, jossa uusi nahkasohva (joka kaksinkertaistuu kuningatar kokoinen hidabed), kaasutakka, ja Smart taulu-tv; Koko keittiö on kaikki mitä tarvitset. Syöminen alue aamiaisbaarissa ulosteista 3. Kylpyhuone, jossa astinlauta ja suihku. Yksityinen ajaa / pysäköintialue. Älä oleskelu ahtaissa hotellihuoneessa, kun voi olla oma iso, mukava poissa kotoa! Lemmikkieläinystävällinen. Wifi. Sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella aivan kaupungin ulkopuolella. The perfect one bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo, and all the kitchen items we needed to cook a great meal. Lovely patio with a screen door to enjoy the fresh air. The animal love was appreciated!

We left half way thru the stay because of the weather — lots of rain. The property was very clean. However, temperature was remotely controlled by owner and the bedroom was quite a bit hotter than rest of unit. Owners tried to solve but indicated that this was an ongoing issue.

Convenient to Downtown Brevard

This was perfect for our visit to Brevard. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to downtown and local waterfalls. Lots of nice touches by the owners to make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

Mountain paradise

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Our host and hostess are very attentive. The place was very clean and we just enjoyed the whole weekend sitting on the back porch and enjoying listening to the birds we saw 4 large deer a cool looking bat and I finally got to see a white squirrel. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

Gorgeous, Clean. Restful.

What a sweet spot -- surrounded by trees and friendly people. Loved having a washer-dryer right there in the unit, plus dishwasher, and best of all a cozy, shady patio with comfortable furniture and a super grill. Everything was clean and ready to use - we loved having the Keurig coffeepot and toaster set up on a special counter. We appreciate that we could recycle plastic, paper, glass etc., with receptacles just a few feet away in the driveway area. Close to wonderful small downtown Brevard but far enough away in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful all the way around.

Great stay near downtown Brevard

This home is conveniently close to downtown Brevard. It was very clean, and spacious. Although it is the lower level of a home it has a separate entrance and driveway which allows for privacy. The kitchen has everything you would need. The owners are very kind and responsive. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Brevard!

Very cozy and convenient location to access Brevard and the Pisgah. It was one of the best outfitted vacation rentals that I have stayed in. The kitchen knives were even sharp. The roomba entertained the kids while cleaning. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was easy to locate and presented just as it looks on the listing. The host provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to town, but very secluded. The back porch was very nice to have a morning coffee on.

This is a perfect rental

Everything was perfect. Unit itself is absolutely flawless. Same with the furniture, all of it. And immaculate. Solid WIFI. Every time we turned around we discovered a thoughtful little extra, in the way of supplies, utensils, everything really. We could have left practically everything except for our clothes at home! Perfect location for us. Quiet, peaceful area. Easy and short drive to Brevard. Heather and Jodie are the perfect hosts, and very nice!

Great Place

This was my 3rd time staying. It never disappoints! The view out the back is beautiful, I love listening to all the birds. Close to everything, Downtown Brevard, Pisgah and Dupont. The owners are quick to reply if you need anything. I will be back

Sweet Property

We came to the area for the first time after owning a VRBO property in TN for years and knew what to expect with a Premier hosted property. We were not disappointed in anyway. Comfortable bed, couch; loved the fireplaces. We were a few weeks early I suppose since the weather was still pretty cold and windy. Excellent stay with only one cavoite: be aware that the driveway down to the apartment can be a bit intimidating the first few times in so be cautious if you have a big truck. That right hand turn is a bit snug. Other than that, the place is perfect.

Brevard Hideaway

Very clean. Quiet location. Much larger than expected. Gas fire place a big plus. Right around the corner from Brevard Racquet Club, bonus for pickle ball or tennis players. People there are friendly and welcoming to guests.
