The exterior of the buildings have deferred maintenance that is obvious. However, the interiors were very clean and comfortable. The view from the ocean front room was fabulous! The ocean is just yards away from the porch. Breakfast had a load of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dining options are limited and close early during the week in Brookings. Great coffee shop in the Harbor, The Bell and Whistle, we highly recommend.

Beachfront Inn is delightful for a stopover or longer stay. Very comfortable, pleasant rooms. Dining not walkable, but the beach is! Outdoor pool/ hot tub very popular even in early April. Dog friendly.

Nice location but very noisy

The location was great for us. The beach on the property was nice, esp for sunset. The bed was comfy and the room looked modern. The staff was very nice. The cons: very noisy, could hear the people walking around upstairs, could hear when they showered and flushed; no A/C which was ok now in early spring but would be too warm if it reached 70.
