I booked the room prior to arriving, firstly it would not let me pay on the app to reserve the room until I arrived which is not okay. After arriving the owner of the hotel came to the night window and when I told him I had a reservation he pretended to look at the computer the. Said he couldn't find it. He proceed to deny seeing a reservation even after showing him a confirmation number and confirmed email. After I told him I would be calling Expedia to send the reservation through again because he was saying he didn't see it he told me to do that because he didn't have it. I spent the next 3 hours calling Expedia being on hold and trying to level with this Man when the case was escalated and the representative wanted him to confirm he didn't have my reservation he didn't bat an eye but asked for my id amd pretended to make a check in and just giving me a key when I asked for a receipt he told me no not until morning. What?!!! He put me in a double bed room when I reserved a deluxe King and also he never gave me a receipt and they cancelled my Expedia reservation but charged my card the full price then some. The receipt printed said 47

The place is a vagrant living place. People in rooms where standing outside there doors smoking and stuff looked like a convict hangout. Dont stay here.

The property itself was not bad at all the rooms were clean and most of the staff were friendly except what I believe was the owner an Indian man was very rude every time I encountered him. Very snappy and ill-tempered that taste in my mouth I made it to the point that I do not ever want to return to that property even though the property itself was great. If you do not have the personality or patience for customer service you probably shouldn't be in customer service or representing your business especially.

Owner is nasty, a very rude man. He tried to keep my deposit saying he smelled cigarette smoke and i would never even dream of giving them th opportunity to charge my card $250 for a cleaning fee. Then threw the deposit at me and told me to get out and dont come blocked my name from renting again..

Room Decor looked great, but no plug in for coffee maker, shower knob needs a “set” screw, I had to tighten bolts on toilet bowl - loose, bathroom needs painted, beds were very comfortable, floor was dirty.

Bad smelling rooms

The rooms smelled horrible. We entered up finding an ok smell room, but going through bunch of them it was tough. Some smelled like weed, others like cigarettes, others like combination of all of it with some smelly chemicals. The sheets were stained. But the front desk was very helpful and nice.

There must have been a breaker tripped. Fridge, cooktop and TV wouldn’t work. Desk said they would have moved me when I brought it up at checkout but I was too tired last night. Just went to bed. Tub faucet dripped constantly also, I dropped a towel in the tub to deaden the noise. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. They tanked me for pointing out the problems.

The property was not well maintained, door locks not sufficient. The woman who greeted us, however, was as sweet as pie... the pillows were chinsey, coffee and condiments old and stale. The floors were coming up in our room (which I reported, but not sure the man who checked us out understood English). I could not recommend this property to anyone who wants to do anything but sleep here.
