Parking was fine, service was fine, but we had no access to shower water because the shower handle was broken off and sitting on the sink counter. We would've need pliers to get the water running. We were just looking for a place to crash for the night, otherwise, we would've demanded another room. It would be fair to get the original 1 person rate that I thought we were being charged given that situation.
