The room is clean. The front desk is very friendly. The location is close to Bryce Canyon national park. They also gave me 30 more minutes to allow me to explore other trails of BCNP.

Nice motel-style property near Bryce Canyon. Off season so certain amenities were unavailable. Great room though. Clean and cozy with full access to Netflix, Prime, etc.

No Staff Present(staff never answered calls from expedia or us the guests and could not communicate that the toilet ran all night. Felt unsafe barely could get the front door lock to open to access room. Property staff please contact us.

The room was clean, but the queen beds were not so comfortable; one of our queen beds was sagging in the middle. Good location for Bryce Canyon. I would stay here again, but in a different room with a better bed.
