The rooms were very old in outdated. The carpet was dirty. Very very small bathroom and sink area. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Did not sleep well all night.

Huge pool and hot tub, safe comfortable rooms close to Bryce Canyon. Only con was the very bright outside lights that stayed on all night coming through the blinds.

Oir room was at the end of the property, the only one with a deck. It was nice to enjoy the deck in the evening. Wildlife viewing was nice as well. On the other hand, bathroom was on the small side and the nightstand lamp assembly had been loose for over a month. Also, cold wate shutoff under bathroom vanity leaked when we checked in. However, this leak was fixed promptly.

Get place to stay!

Convenient location to Bryce Canyon NP. We wanted a quiet location and found it here! Away from the crowd and congestion just outside the park, Bryce Canyon Pines is fanily, pet, and budget friendly. We had our meals at the on site restaurant. The food was plentiful, good, and reasonably priced. There's a pool and lawns for kids to play. The staff and owners are helpful, courteous, and friendly. Most importantly, the room was very clean!
