✭ Sleeps 6 with a king bed in first floor master, a queen bed in second bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed and twin bed in the third bedroom

✭ Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, gas range, granite counters

✭ Master bathroom has a heated floor, 4 shower heads in shower including a rainfall shower head. Upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower.

✭ Living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Hulu + Live TV, DVD Player and small DVD collection plus whole-house Wi-Fi. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. are available if you have an account.

✭ Loft has 2 chairs, small bookcase and mountain views

✭ You MUST have 4WD or AWD to get up the mountain roads. There will be a $250 fine if you use a 2WD vehicle and damage the road. This is an HOA rule. There is a security camera outside aimed at the driveway. Animals and smoking are not allowed.

Do not climb on the hills around the house. There is vegetation on the hills to help prevent erosion. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Please start a load of laundry, put dishes in the dishwasher and start it and put trash in bags and leave in the trash can outside when you leave.
