Had a great stay but we were only there for a very brief time -- we needed to leave very early in the morning for our flight. That means we didn't get to really experience many of the hotel's amenities. My one complaint is really a nitpick -- the bathroom door is a translucent, patterned glass. It looks nice but it means that when the light is on in the bathroom, it lights up the sleeping area as well.

The property was nice but too expensive, the location is not the best because the main attractions are a bit far if you want to walk.if you plan to leave earlier they don't refund the money for the nights you didn't stay, like in other hotels they do.

Just returned from our trip, this hotel was fantastic, the staff were soo lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our room was made special and my mother was welcomed to celebrate her birthday. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented, the breakfast room is very pretty with a choice of hot or cold food which was all regularly replenished and the staff always on hand to ensure you're well looked after, just outside the hotel are some bars and restaurants making it perfectly located if you are unable to walk very far, could not fault this hotel highly recomended, will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay!

Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Extravagant breakfast. Beautiful common areas. The staff was excellent and very helpful, including calling taxis and luggage storage. Convenient location - could get to all the major site seeing locations easily.

I love the location of this place! It's next to Catholic Church, a plaza with 2 restaurants right outside! The restaurants serves authentic Hungarian food, it was highly recommended! The location is safe and you can walk anywhere. Budapest is for me the most beautiful city in Europe....it is so underrated. Budapest has the most beautiful sites.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. My room was freezing due to a broken AC, which the staff acknowledged but made no effort to fix. The bathroom had unsanitary conditions, and the breakfast was appalling—rotten fruit was served. When I raised concerns, the manager refused any concessions. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and provided some compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability. I strongly advise against staying here.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and always happy to give advice on local places/restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet location but very near the transport. Relaxing lounge area.

Would be much better!

We have stayed one night in different rooms with my friend. Firstly, it was very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water for shower but it was only for my room. Also, there is no free water in the room, when I told them, their answer was strange because they have free coffee and water at lobby but it is not logical to leave bed and go first floor when I need to drink something :) (water exist in fridge and not expensive but i didn’t like that there is no free water in the room) Last thing, elevator has no safety check like laser control for the doors, if you are between it can be closed. It has to be fixed. But breakfast was really good!

What a great hotel and excellent staff. Hotel is a great location and the little square opposite sets the location apart. We will definitely stay again and cannot fault the hotel and location. Plus the breakfast was superb with a tremendous variety.
