This is an amazing hotel to stay at. I would recommend it to anyone when I come back to this area. This will be the only place I stay at and during the day I recommend going to have the chicken dinner over at the chicken restaurant by the amusement park such an amazing place to be and have fun

It's a perfect place if you just need a place to crash near Knott's and the water park. It's clean and the pool is nice but right next to busy street. But if you're out and about and just sleep there it works. I could hear traffic from my room. The staff was friendly and gave plenty of clean towels. The bed I slept in was very uncomfortable it sank to the center but I'm sure they have other rooms that have more comfortable beds.

theres a sign on the door that says no breakfast since covid . we rented the honeymoon suite and sleeping on that mattress in that room was the worst experience i have ever had . especially after wearing ourselves out on roller coasters . that mattress needs to be burned . they also weren't willing to give atleast a partial refund . its a nice place but we probably won't stay there next time .

Good area to stay if your going to Knots Berry Farms or the water part, and also close by Disneyland. About a 10 minute drive with light traffic. Room Rental: good price, good service, quiet area, and rooms are pretty big for a big family and No Need To Rent 2 rooms. You can fit up to 8 if your getting them with Bunk Beds. I enjoyed my stay and no complaints.

Disgusting

Dirty room, dead bug guts on the walls from previous people killing whatever they found in the room. Stains in sheets, hair wads in mutiple locations in room, could barely open door. When asked for more towels and wash cloths they said they didn't have anymore. Sign to ask Staff to use ice machine? They afraid people are going to steal frozen water??? This place was ridiculous. Definitely skip this place. No phone in room to call front desk.

The staff was nice, but the rooms were not clean. There was no iron in room, told reception they said they would get it back in half hour and he would bring it to our room but nothing, I waited 2 hours, i had to go up to front desk and ask for the iron again. Receptionist finally handed it to me from the back , as if it was there the whole time. Thats was not cool! Also there is Limited parking.
