Thought this hotel was very nice! Staff was friendly, room was clean, restaurant was delicious and reasonably fast and friendly service. Quick walking distance to the park entrance, and pool was fun for the kids.

In a room near ours, some was smoking pot, every night, you couldn’t miss it, it permeated the entire wing on our floor, we told the cleaning crew, (getting the attention of the front desk employees was near impossible and they were indifferent) nothing was done, it continued until we checked out.

Had dinner at the hotel restaurant food was good service is slow when it came time for dessert. We asked the waiter if we can order it on service we were told yes so when I called order a few hours later and room service I was told that menu item was not available Room service the water pressure was lacking in the shower. The bed was so firm you couldn’t get comfortable and the pillows. I don’t know what the deal was with. They felt over stuffed with as soon as you laid on them all the air evacuated and it was like you weren’t laying on anything .

We were greeted by knowledgeable and happy staff. My daughter recognized the associate from a previous trip, and he seemed to have remembered her as well, which was incredible! The hotel was renovated about six months ago, and our stay this time was just as clean and fresh as our last visit. I do wish the ice machine on the 4th floor worked, and the Starbucks in the lobby was definitely not up to my daughter's standard (just walk to the Knott's theme park Starbucks instead for actual drinks) but the beds and staff of the hotel were perfect.
