Staff was friendly and attentive, but room was very basic, almost no amenities, heater worked very slowly in cold weather, door was drafty, toilet barely flushed. Also, I lost a pair of prescription glasses and believe I left them in the room, so I sent an email to the motel's provided email address asking if the glasses had been found. I never received a response. It has been more than three weeks.

Well the room was freezing when we first got there and the heat too forever to start working but when it did it got nice and hot in there never tried the ac little cold out for that in January

Michelle at the front desk was lovely and so accommodating of a special request we had. She was the highlight of the stay. The room was adequate for the price. The parking spot was at the front door. The room appeared to be clean. Perfect for a Bills game stay before hitting the road in the morning.

Went to a Bills game and Buffalo style in December cold rainy and windy. Room heat wasn’t even on. Already frozen popsicles heat would have been great because took forever to warm up. Otherwise great stay.

The floor in our room was disgusting. The refrigerator was extremely loud. The staff was friendly. I definitely wouldn’t pay $200 to stay here 1 night again.
