Through no fault of the hotel, I didn't notice the room was a SMOKING room when I made the reservation. I am not a smoker. That being said, the I could literally see the outline of the mattress springs through the sheets. The room was dirty and dingy (yes, it was a smoking room, I get that). Peeling paint never impresses anyone. The coffee pot was dirty. The picture in the advertisement does not represent the room I stayed in.

I tried to clean the room before realizing that the hot water wasn't working. The sheets were stained and room smelled of cigarette smoke. Booked reservation elsewhere. I am not picky about hotels but clean bed and hot water are my minimum requirements.

Place is a DUMP

Extremely rude when they *finally* came to the desk. Made me feel as if I were an unwelcome interruption. Place is a dump, floors sagging, a real third-world experience. I didn't even bring my bag into the room - left and went to a proper hotel. Will never use Hotels.com again, nor will I stay at a Red Carpet property.

SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life! The room was dirty, had dirty sheets with someone’s body hairs and blood stained pillows. There was also no hot water, a leaking toilet and shower. Also believe that the owner was in our room when we left after telling him we did not need any housekeeping. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD!!
