We are excited to share our upgraded home with you! The Magnolia Cottage has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops throughout. We have over 1,400 luxurious square feet for you to create lifelong memories.

Includes TWO smart televisions with Netflix and hi-speed internet to stream anything you need!

Our three bedrooms consist of three queen beds and sleeps 6. Both full size bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything from pots/pans/dishes/glasses to specialty items.

Hang out at the bar in the dining/living room and enjoy an adult beverage with our cocktail glasses.

There is a low-top table or a high-top counter that create the perfect business center for our guests who need to work on the go.

In addition to basic cooking spices/condiments, our pantry is loaded with board games, puzzles, and more!

The patio is complete with a charcoal grill, chairs, and a yard for friendly or competitive games!

Nestled in an great neighborhood convenient for walks, enjoying coffee on the porch, or gazing at the sunset.

Located only 5 minutes from Choctaw Casino (great concerts!), 15 minutes from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, 20 minutes from Lake Texoma (great boating and fishing!), 35 minutes to Blake Shelton's "Ole Red Restaurant and Bar", and minutes from delicious restaurants makes this an ideal location.

Fantastically convenient and cozy

We were in town as vendors for the Choctaw Pow Wow. We each had our own room. Five minutes from work. Absolutely perfect! The house has everything you need including morning coffee. Comfy, cozy, clean, and cute!!! This is one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice property. We did find two loose pieces of hardware that a walk through would not reveal. Since the living room was so spacious, would have been nice to have another comfy seating option as there is only one small couch and chair.

Girl's Trip

A group of us friends met up in Durant to celebrate one getting married this summer. Durant was a good middle for us all. We found this house and fell in love with it. It's as pictured, clean and organized. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and just minutes from the casino, shopping, restaurants. The property manager was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend. The only downside to the property is it claims to have a fire pit with outdoor seating and there was none in the back yard that really had no privacy to neighbors, and the beds were a tad too hard for our liking, but all in all a great clean place!
