We chose this stay because needed to charge up our electric car overnight for the next leg of our Summer road trip, and were happy that the one EV charging unit was available for that purpose (hope they will chose to install more chargers). Bonus was we were upgraded to a top floor room with a view that was very quiet and comfortable, and the front desk staff gave us excellent recommendations for how to take the nearby light rail train into downtown Calgary for a walk around and dinner. Later we got to watch the Oilers beat the Panthers in the first game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in the hotel bar with other guests which added to our road trip experience!
