The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, quiet yet walking distance to downtown. The cleanliness is very good. The property overall is neat and apparently well cared for. My only dissatisfaction is with the bed (hard) and the pillows.

We were put upstairs above the office/laundry. Pool noise and downstairs noise wasn't very relaxing. The dead bolt wouldn't lock from the inside. My husband locked himself out and had to use a CC to get back into the room because the front desk is open all night. I informed the staff at check out, and they made comments that indicated to me they already knew. I told them is was a safety issue and maybe a legal issue. They just stared at me. No: thank you. No: we will let management know. Just "ok". This was an anniversary. Not impressed. Won't stay again.

We loved staying at Golden Haven spa. The room was comfortable and large. We loved having our own mineral springs tub in our room with the nice epsom salts. Had a wonderful mud and massage at the spa. It was a great stay! Highly recommend and we'll be back!
