Our check in was smooth without issue. Our room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, everything functioned. The hot tub and pool where both functional and being well used. Breakfast had wide variety, but many items were cool to cold, not warm or hot, at 8:00 to 8:15. Check out was easy.

This should not have a 9.0 rating. The room stunk of smoke and musk. Furniture is falling apart. Front desk guy, Aaron, could use some customer service training as well. Definitely crossing all Sleep Inns off my list.
