Clean rooms, property was immaculate. The salt water pools were amazing. The only comcern, was we were in what I assume were the budget rooms, on the lowest level, and the noise was so loud each morning-early- when people rolled bags up and down the tiled halls- we were up by 6:30- need soundproofing from halls! Everything 3lse was great!

We've stayed at the sister resort next door in the past and while we really enjoyed that visit as well, this one seemed a step up. The ocean front suites had prime views, always cleaned and immaculate, but the resort is large so be prepared to do a little walking. All staff we interacted with always had a helpful smile. Food was good, the buffet always had plentiful options that rotated frequently enough to always try something new.

Groundskeepers keeps the grounds manicured The staff is constantly cleaning the walkways, the rooms, common areas and the staff is always there to help you. RIU PALACE COSTA MUJERES IS IMMACULATE!. The servers in the dining areas as well as the pool area are always there to help you I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great rememberable vacation

Communication is absolutely horrendous. Between Expedia and myself being unable to contact the hotel (by design) to modify a reservation. Basically what they do is wait till you’re standing in front of them and then when you have no options they will price gouge you. I will never book through Expedia again, they were as useless as the hotel.
