This was my 5th trip to Temptation. 4 to Cancun and 1 in DR. The quality of the food has really went down and they closed 1 or 2 restaurants nightly. Its basically impossible to get drinks around the pool. The wait staff are few and they stand around talking. The bartenders work just fast enough to look busy. I was very disappointed this trip. We brought friends with us and hyped it up because we've always had a good time. By the end of the trip i was apologizing to them. They close the pools at 6p which is absurd. I guess they've greatly reduced the games at the pool. That was half the fun of the resort. Im not sure what has changed. Leadership?

Check in took forever, always trying to upsell you something. Rooms were fairly disappointing and had broken things that needed to be fixed. The music was terrible, same edm all day and night, no variety. Long lines for poolside food.

The staff were really nice. Food was good, but not a huge selection, maybe the time of season. Hot water was not working, and they handled the situation right away. I loved the themed nights. I did not like the music at Bash. The selection was good, but I didn't like the constant mixing of the same beat, which made each song sound the same. I would definitely go back and plan to this year

We had an amazing stay at Temptations! The food was great, the staff was wonderful- special shout-outs to: Odayls at the front desk Beto at Sutra Charly at Sea flirt Francisco at Rain And the playmakers Samantha, Stiffler, and Mojito (and many others!)

This was a terrible trip and I would like some type of refund. This is a total swingers resort and that should be stated before you book a trip there. They had me go to a presentation and the manager flat out said if you’re not a swinger couple this resort is not for you.
