Bathrooms were filthy. Pool was cloudy and hot tub temperature. Music was the same insane base for hours with DJ taking tips for requests and never playing what the crowd wanted. Every night the DJ cleared out the party by 11 with the terrible music. Would not recommend for anyone that's looking for a party.

Wife and I went with a 3 other couples. Knowing what we read based of previous reviews, I’d say it was def interesting for sure. The theme nights are fun and entertaining for sure. As far as things to do, there isn’t much. Two small pools and few dining options. We made the best of it as we do anywhere we go. Overall, I’d give this place a 6.5/10.

It was not a great experience. It was our first time in the property and the first 3 days were horrible. Our original room booked thru Expedia promised an ocean view but we did not have ocean view. We had a building in front. The AC was broken, no light in the bathroom, no elevator, the room was old and pourly maintained. After complaining and almost leaving the hotel we were “offered “ a very expensive paid upgrade to another room which was not available for Expedia reservation members. The food quality is not the best. The staff is friendly but very aggressive trying to sell you the premier membership. We will no be back to this hotel ever again.

Place was great, just had an issue with housekeeping breaking one of my beaded bracelets and leaving it on the floor. No apology note or anything. Also late shift cook by the late night party was very rude. He told my girlfriend with emphasis that she ordered something vs what was truly ordered. He also claimed he did not hear my order
