Cape Winds 505 on ylpeänä omistuksessa "Stay In Cocoa Beach", joka on suurin rannalla sijaitsevien loma-asuntojen omistaja Space Coastissa!

Täysin remontoitu viileä, mukava tyyli mielessä, tämä huoneisto on upea ylimmässä kerroksessa Oceanfront näkymä avoin käsite olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö.

Oma parveke on korkealla pöydällä ja 4 tuolilla, joten voit istua ja nauttia upeista näkymistä ja aaltojen äänestä.

Astu pois parvekkeelta tilavaan olohuoneeseen, jossa on 65 tuuman älykäs televisio ja ulosvedettävä sohva.

Keittiössä on upouusi myrskyharmaa kaapit ja kvartsi-laskurit niille, jotka rakastavat katsoa.

Avoin konsepti ruokasali on pöytä ja 6 tuolia nauttia aterioita yhdessä.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, jossa on muistivaahtopatjat, TV, kylpyhuone ja vaatekaappi. Vierashuoneessa on uusi queen-sänky, jossa on muistivaahtopatja, TV ja kaapit.

Laitteessa on myös ilmainen wifi, pysäköinti, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu yksikössä ja rantapyyhkeet, tuolit ja lelut.

Cape Winds on kaunis kokonaisuus, jolla on mukavuuksia koko perheelle. Lounge ympärillä suuri uima-allas, lepää kylpytynnyrissä tai harrasta aktiivisesti tennis- ja koripallokenttiä. On lyhyt rantatien aivan kompleksi päästä valkoinen hiekkaranta - et voi olla lähempänä! Gorgeous ocean front view!

Condo was beachy but not over the top, clean, and had all basic items needed. We were unaware that construction noise starts at 8am and goes all day until approximately 6pm. And, the pool would be closed during those same hours. We may rent this condo again if the construction is completed.

Gorgeous sunrises and relaxing condo! Great area in Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to several restaurants and a Publix grocery store nearby. Nice family vibe area.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic. Getting around Cape Canaveral was easy. Close to other attractions. We loved coffee on the patio and impromptu walks on the beach. Apartment was very clean. Had almost everything we needed. Beach gear could be refreshed. Umbrella and one of the chairs was pretty rusty. Also loved the pickleball courts!

Rest and Relaxation

This was not our first time staying at this condo and it again met all our needs. Was quiet and the beach is unmatched. We love having the pool for the kids who don’t love the ocean swimming as much. The rooms are large and we had lots of space as a young family. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony! Highly recommend

Great Vacation Cocoa Beach

Loved our stay at Cape Wind. Had a wonderful view of the ocean. Watching the cruise ships coming and going. Was able to walk to pier and shopping close by. Also saw a rocket launch from beach out front of condo. Condo met all our needs. Will definitely return to 505.

Very nice unit with great views and easy access to the beach. A couple of things that could improve: It could use a couple of pans, and the king size bed was way too soft and bouncy for my taste. The couch and the sofa in the living room can use a deep cleaning.

Great Oceanfront Condo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo was updated, clean and well furnished with everything you would need. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool which was nice. We also appreciated the covered parking area. We highly recommend!

We loved our stay! We have a three year old and 8 month old and this property was perfect for our family! Management was friendly, easy to communicate with and went out of there way to ensure our trip was everything we hoped it would be. Great location & beautiful view!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The building is quiet, the beach was not crowded, the pool is very nice, and location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We will definitely stay in unit 505 again!
