The staff was very nice and the room was large and clean. But the noise level is unacceptable. I could hear everything from the room next door and from the hallway. I had to wear ear plugs and take Tylenol PM to sleep.

The room was clean, location good for us. The staff and communication from the staff was excellent. My husband left his Ipad in our room when we departed for an early flight home. He didn't realize he left it behind until we were going through security. He called the hotel. Felix, who is a wonderful staff member, responded professional and checked our room and found the pad. He explained about how my husband was to obtain a shipping label that he would email to Felix and he would send back to us. It came today and was husband was very happy and appreciated the extra effort Felix made to help us. So needless to say we had an exceptional experience with your hotel and will stay again when we travel to NY. I am sending off with gratitude for exceptional service to your clients. Perhaps this hotel has been around for a long time, so it never lacks for guests. On certain issues, they don't handle things humanely. They just follow the rules and regulations, not caring whether you have an emergency. If you haven't thought everything through, that's your own problem—they won't care. Even if it falls within the hotel's scope of assistance. What you did wasn't wrong, but what if one day you need help too? I might choose your hotel again, but I won't recommend it to others. Because the hotel doesn't stand in the guest's shoes—only in the shoes of those reaping the profits.
