What stands out regarding this property is the cleanliness of the room and the very Pleasant staff. What we disliked was the fact that there was barely any Lighting in the room and only between the two queen beds and bathroom and a small Hall light. There was no lights on the other side of the room and it was rather dark in there. The TV would not turn on or turn off and the staff was not helpful in knowing how to correct this issue. The AC worked great and the room was definitely clean . I guess the biggest Factor is the fact that the lighting is extremely poor in the room and very low and limited and the TV not working . Otherwise I would have given it a five-star rating. pleasant staff.

A comfy night

Very comfortable stay. Comfy beds. The pool was nice, but I felt like parts of it could have been cleaner. We still had a great stay and did enjoy the pool.

Lawanda has a bad attitude and she she’s making it hard to even talk to. I got ready to check out September 14 at 11 AM. She started to tell me what I can’t do and she can’t give me a check out receipt and what I have been experiencing is that she’s very new behind the scene, but she has a bad attitude working at the front desk and she don’t want to listen to the customer and she wants to argue. She’s very argumentative And she’s arguing about a receipt that I asked her for because I’m checking out and she’s telling me that I can’t get a receipt from her so the service like with me having reserved the two beds I was switched out of the two bands and into a one bed wouldn’t let out sulfur and she comes in and out of the room, putting objects and things in the room with negative energy and I don’t appreciate that so when I got ready to check it out, she started acting competitive towards me and I’m just trying to get a receipt that I left The hotel today even though my state is not up OK so this is September 14, 2025 but the service was bad. I could not keep my room clean in regards to housekeeping the shortage. They kept telling me they couldn’t do this and couldn’t do that and the Inconvenience of having a clean room is a problem the room that I signed up for a reserve was a double but they switched me out intentionally to make my state living hell so I never got a chance to stay in the two bedroom that I signed up for online so it’s been horribleand Lawanda she likes to fi
