I attempted to check in early, even suggesting paying an additional fee at quarter to one on my check-in day and the front desk who I was talking to in person said that they had no rooms available and there was not one car in the parking lot and I already had a reservation and I needed to get my mother to the hospital And have the room set up for her return I get to the hospital for a doctors appointment and they were gonna release my mother and I had to get back there and have her set up and ready to go when we returned explaining that in an email a day prior even getting no response. When she told me that there was nothing she could do there’s no way she could get a room ready I asked her if I could then cancel the reservation. She said sure no problem and she did a few things on the computer like three or four swipes and then I said is that going back on my card she said yes it should and there’s been no indication that there’s been any kind of refund or return of any sort And requesting a response to this comment in getting my refund. Thank you, kindly. Most respectfully, Christopher Jackson.

Gross!

This hotel was absolutely gross - outdated and dirty. Including dirty bedding! The mini fridge was exactly where the picture shows it was. Not even in the cabinet. We left and did not stay there. We tried to check out on our way out but there was no one at the front desk and we could not find anyone to help us.

Nice hotel, was able to check in early. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Currently remodeling which will be a nice upgrade to the space. Front desk staff were not the best but not the worst. Major downside was no cable TV: did let us know upon checking in, but would have been nice to know beforehand.

Sketchy visitors, breakfast sounded terrible: Kool aid instead of juice, eggs were runny like they had been frozen. Rooms were 78 degrees when we got in, and the windows were monsters to open. Ok fitness center, but no water and hot as heck. Elevators were cool. Rooms are a bit dated, but they're working on renovations, so they're aware. No microwaves in the rooms, but we were lucky compared to others and had a micro fridge. We used the lobby microwave a few times and desk staff was very nice about it.

One of the coldest times of the year but hotel was warm. Staff were sparse but friendly. Disappointed no maid service during our stay. Quickly ran out of towels and tp. Quiet, safe and nice to see renovating too.

Just don’t go here. There are a ton of options that are the same price. It was dirty, the staff was not nice. It was an act of god to get towels. The bedding was dirty. The bed wasn’t even comfortable. I’ve stayed a lot of places and this is the first time the bed wasn’t at least comfortable.
