The shuttle service is ran by the only employee on duty so the shuttle runs late. We were told the shuttle only runs 1 time an hour. They were 30 minutes late from that time. During the time that the only employee was doing a shuttle run, an alarm went off in the hotel. It was 1am and stayed on for 40 minutes. It’s worth paying a little extra money for a hotel that runs their shuttles more often and has staff in the hotel.

Not what Id expect from an extension of "Raddison"

The people at check in were very, very rude! The room had flies everywhere. No wash cloths. Went to get some, 3, as that was how many in our party and she claimed there was only 1 and it was dirty! Then when trying to purchase something from the "store" by the front desk was told if we didnt like the selection (which was 3 different drinks and maybe 2 different snack options) we could go to Food Lion.

The room carpet was very dirty with big stains. The furniture in the lobby was very stained, first impression looks clean but if you start looking everything seemed dirty. There were big dust hanging from the ceiling on the second floor by elevator. The staff was great! Very accommodating and polite.

My plane was delayed and got to the car rental and they closed and would not give me a car and had to figure out how to get to the hotel and wait in an hour and then got to the hotel and have to figure out how to get back to the airport to get a car Shame on the car rental place that you guys have on your website

Beware of this establishment.

The hotel was fine. I was,however, charged a fee of $50.00 that I was told was temporary and would be refunded if everything was fine in the room. The room was left perfect but it has been 6 days since I left and I have not received the promised refund. I will never stay in another Radisson again. All the hotel is doing is either keeping the refund and therefor charging a rate that which was proo or at the very least earning intention the float! Very unprofessional!

Close to airport

Decent place for proximity to airport and decent room other than bad condition of restroom. Price was main factor. A little worried about safety with family but didn’t encounter any issues. Coffee situation could’ve been a little better too.
