Crappiest Country inn and suites we’ve ever stayed in. Needs major upgrades and general maintenance all around. No drink machines and a canned soda in the canteen is $3 a piece. No tray in the ice machine; and in busted condition. No clothes hangers. Room could’ve been better stocked with toilet paper. Room smelt mildew.

I was very happy they had shuttle services, they picked us up at night, but ended up taking an Uber in the am because they had a schedule and the girl just walk away telling me to wait an hour for the next one.

Lackluster check-in without any smile or eye contact attempt, neighbors smoking and yelling at night, lumpy pillows, bright lights outside in your face at night without the ability to close the curtains, you get the idea. But the roach in the bathroom took the cake! The breakfast was okay, though.

Literally had mold in the bathroom. Not like a little, but blatantly obvious mold. You get what you pay for. If you want a roof and a bathroom and don't care about anything else, this place is a decent option. If you have standards, like even just a little spend $30 more a night and go somewhere else.

The hotel staff were great and my stay was nice. My only complaint about my stay was the airport shuttle service. The shuttle to the airport was perfect, on time, and no problems. The airport shuttle pickup was another thing entirely. I used the property's extended parking to leave my car there during my trip. I was told to call the property's shuttle transportion when my flight returned, so that's what I did. When I called and pressed the number for the shuttle, no one ever answered, and the voicemail was full. I repeatedly tried calling the shuttle and property, with no response. After waiting at the airport's hotel shuttle pick up spot for over an hour, I finally just paid for a cab so I could get my car and go home.

Due to a flight cancellation and it being one of many flight cancellations this day, this was the only hotel that had any rooms left. The staff were nice and seem to be responsible for multiple jobs (the lady who picked us up from the airport also worked the front desk). Other than the nice staff, this hotel is a dump. It’s run down and disgusting. The carpet in the hallway leading to our room was filthy, there was a blood stain on the lamp shade in our room, and the mattress had brown and yellow stains on it (unfortunately I noticed both of these things the next morning). There was also no working bathroom in the lobby and no access to free water, you have to purchase a bottle of water for $3. Stay away.

Though the reservation promised hot breakfast, it was not available the night we stayed. We count on those hot breakfast hotels, so it was disappointing. But a Waffle House was nearby for breakfast. And after a long flight, we were fortunate to find an African restaurant with friendly staff in front of the property with excellent food, open late for dinner.
