Not great

Bad customer service, no turn down service at all during our 6 day stay. Rooms are a bit small, coffee is awful, no extra room key or any additional hangers (given only 2 in room) with zero sympathy from staff. Just a bad experience.

I picked this hotel since it had a shuttle to the airport, it was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfy but needed more structural support. I stayed overnight. After a 7am departure, I arrived at the from desk at 5pm, when the employee informed me that the shuttle was not going to the airport due to a flat tire. The young man at the from desk halted his duties and ordered a taxi for me, which allowed me to barter for a lower fare once we arrived at the airport.

There was no employee at the front desk when I came into the lobby. I had to keep shouting up and down the hallways, trying to find someone who worked there. After about 10 minutes, another customer found a housekeeping person that went and found someone who could help check me in.

Staff was cool and they all had great customer service skills. Overall though, Only best thing I can say is the shower water is hot and they keep the coffee fresh from 6am to 8am. Other than that, dissappoined to share this final thought but Radison should get rid of this location.
