The property is gorgeous and right across from the lake and park is so ideal. I did not give it a top rating because our air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work. But luckily the one in the living room did. Also the shower did not drain very well so the water was up to our ankles by the time our shower was over. Other then those two minor things it was great.

Fun stay with the Grandkids. Can't beat the park out back and the choice of pool swim or lake swim. Barbeque facilities worked well for dinners

We booked trough Expedia room for 6 people, 7 days in advance. When we arrived and tried to check in they said the room we booked isn’t available, and mistake been made by third party which is Expedia , how it’s happened I have no idea, it’s happened first time in my life when Expedia selling not available product. So they gave us smaller room, with one bed instead of two beds , they didn’t give any deference in price for room I got! they said only manager can do that and he’s coming on Monday, we staying Friday-Sunday. So we didn’t get what we booked, we didn’t get any rebate for worst room we got. 6 people had to stay in that room! Also if you planning come with boat it’s will be nightmare to find parking spot, people visiting neighbor park and used all long way parking spots, had to park boat 5 minutes away no secured parking and pay for it $20.

Room 302 is a large suite w bedroom bath and large living room w balcony overlooking the water and a nice beach/park area as well as the outdoor pool. Very nice room. This place is ideal for families Service was excellent. Staff was very nice. Onsite parking is critical in Chelan during high season!
