The initial room assignment presented significant challenges, characterized by conditions that severely impacted air quality, causing noticeable respiratory distress for both my wife and me. We initially speculated that these conditions were systemic throughout the complex, leading to confusion regarding the rationale for renting such a unit. Following a visit to the casino, we promptly contacted the attendant to request a room change, which was efficiently facilitated at 3:00 AM. The subsequent unit offered a significantly improved environment. Despite the initial room condition, the staff's performance was commendable.

They need new beds, and the pillows are like concrete slabs to sleep on. They don't fluff up at all, and everything feels wet in the room. It's very damp.

Great staff and location

Everyone at the front desk were all very nice and welcoming. My sister and i both agreed that our next visit to mom we would stay there. It's in a great location and quiet too

The only thing i didn't like was the room held moisture and the bed felt sticky and my clothes felt wet that i had hanging up with a sticky feeling to them me and my husband laid in each other arms and felt sticky othere than it was clean and quiet stay

My room was spotless and very comfortable, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I didn’t get the chance to try out the pool, but it looked inviting and well kept. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer than one night—I’d definitely come back!

The proximity to the casino was just close enough and just far away enough for a break. It’s near cute tourist shops and restaurants. However, for 2 or the 4 nights I was there, a large group of motorcyclists stayed there too and were coming and going at all times of night. They were standing outside my door talking and laughing all night long. Finally at 4am, I opened the door and asked them to be quiet but with such a large group, they couldn’t. If you are going to accommodate just a large group, please put the other guests in a completely different area of the hotel. Not sure I would stay here again given that I didn’t sleep for the last 2 nights.

They never disappoint!!!!

My family and i always stay here, the staff is friendly they always have hot coffee and tea waiting....they aim to please. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable.
