Check in was easy. We booked 2 nights on separate itineraries. They allowed us to keep the same room, we just had to check out and check back in. It was quick as well. No hot tub was a downer. The pool was packed with littles, i am sure the hot tub would have been also.

Every time I travel back to my Home Town of Cheyenne, this is the place I choose. I am very familiar with every area of town and I always choose this hotel because it is quiet, safe, and walking distance to Lions Park, Little America Golf Course, F.E. Warren Air Force Base, and is surrounded by neighborhoods with strict HOA's, so belive me they are also paying attention to the grounds of the Hotel. In my opinion and experience, it gives it a little extra layer of safety and security. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The night clerk was ridiculously rude!!! He gave a bad taste of the place before we got inside. There was not a nice greeting what so ever!!! Ok, what do you need? I said I was checking in. He trashed the place before we got a chance to judge. Our room is wonderful. The bed I am sleeping on is a bit too soft for my bad back. The place was clean and spacious…I checked the ratings before we stopped. That’s why we are here. Thank you to all those hard workers that make this enjoyable for us. But….GET RID OF YOUR NIGHT CLERK!!!!!

The employees at this hotel were great. The sweet cleaning lady on the second floor helped my elderly mother and I get into our room with our bags. She was so kind. The guy working the breakfast was running around cleaning tables, cleaning and refilling the breakfast. He was great. Thank you!

We arrived at 5:15 p.m. and were told we would have to wait “1-2 hours” for an available room. This was inconvenient enough but the younger man at the desk was rude and when asked if there would be a discount offered for the abbreviated stay, he said the only one we would get was the Expedia one. The room , when we finally got one, was very nice.

This was a last minute booking for us. The hotel staff was nice and informative. The room was bigger than expected which was great since we had our 2 toddlers with us. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. The only thing that would set this property apart is if the people building or rehabbing it, had some attention to detail. Paint and caulk were messy in corners, signs werent level. Coming from a construction background, the building just derserved a little more love and care. Overall, great and would stay again.
