Reception was little bit rude, when I got there around 4 pm she told me she doesn’t have a room that I reserved through Expedia. She told wait little bit / at least 30 minutes/ I waited then got room almost hour later

I’m disappointed because the ratings on Expedia seem far too nice for this property. Where to begin? The entire third floor smelled like marijuana. My family member’s bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain. When I arrived at around 10pm no one was at the front desk. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone came. The woman working seemed stoned to me or maybe she was sleep deprived. I changed rooms. My first room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, dirt on the carpeting. I changed rooms and the second room had hair on the bed, but I’d been told that I had the last room available for that night and that housekeeping was gone. I soon learned that the shower didn’t drain properly. The water in the shower was ankle deep. The shelf in the closet was falling out of the wall. The carpets are gross, they should tear it out, burn it, and install carpet. I asked for my room to be cleaned, all the sheets changed, and the bathtub fixed in the morning—it took them until the following evening to clean the room and until the next morning to fix the tub. The breakfast is pretty lackluster, I’d say a step below a regular hotel free breakfast. The Manager called me personally to apologize and offer me hotel points, but to be honest I’d never stay at this chain again. The room was very loud but I had earplugs. The chain was falling off the hotel room door, the bathroom doorknob was falling off. There were stains on the walls. The phone in the room doesn’t call the front desk.
