My stay was extremely short, but everything was fine and serviceable. Staff was friendly and answered questions about connecting on to Amtrak well. It is a ways off the airport but there is a shuttle (call for pickup) which was nice. Note that, at least on Expedia, this is labeled as the Cincinnati Airport but the C in CVG actually stands for Covington and the airport (and hotel) are actually over the river in Kentucky. This made some online searches for connecting transit a little weird but I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Beware the €50 security deposit

Used airport shuttle- good Very surprised to be given a bill on arrival for €50 more than expected with no explanation. When queried we were told it was a security deposit that would be returned IMMEDIATELY to our account if not used- in 2-3 days!! All after a long transatlantic flight
