I didnt like anything about the holiday inn express, after they wouldnt allow me to rent the room i booked and paid for.. They wanted 50 more dollars but would not except cash i had on hand i am seeking my refund for May 5th, 6th and 7th checkout time would have been 11;00 am on the 7th.

I have stayed here a few times. This time was a little disappointing. Overall it was ok... I was in a room with a jetted tub that did not work properly. The water at times was lukewarm. Overall my stay was ok.. I will be back, just hopefully in a better room next time..

Valet Staff Nathan was horrible and unorganized!! The front desk staff was rude. I felt like I was “bothering” them when I needed help. Also it was both shifts. The elderly lady on third shift should go ahead and retire. Very rude individual!!

Terrible hotel - Holiday Night

Terrible hotel. Need to take it off your list. Elevators that creaked and shuddered. The rooms was huge but furniture was dated. The sheets were old. I had to stay the night

The hotel itself was great in the room, breakfast, comfort etc. The biggest problem is no parking because it’s in the city center. Shouldn’t be too bad because they have valet parking, but it costs about 40 dollars. You have to empty your car on the street, and have no idea where they take it. Should be free of charge because of the inconvenience of it.

Hotel is in bad shape

Hotel hallways and lobby smell. No water or Kleenex in room. Dust everywhere. Elevators are in terrible shape and curtains smell in rooms. Overall not good.

Management is nasty, condescending, rude. Her name is Brooke B. And she’s the manager. Could hear her talking about other guests. And laughed at me and my boyfriend over fees we didn’t know we had to pay and even the manager said the fees weren’t listed. She kept saying “you’re so lucky I’m nice cause I could have said no” A new manager is needed. ASAP.
