Welcome to The Blue Lagoon! It is located at the 18th hole of the Mountain Ranch Golf Course. The house comfortably sleeps 10 adults in beds and a large sectional couch in the living room and basement can accommodate more sleeping arrangements. WiFi is provided and 3 televisions are available, all with Disney/HULU/ESPN+ to entertain the family. Use the grill, hang out on the deck, or gather around the fire pit out back. You can find a Ping Pong table and a Galaga arcade game to keep the kids happy. The House is centrally located in Fairfield Bay. It is within walking distance of the beautiful Mountain Ranch golf course, live music, community pool, and restaurants, and within a 10 min drive time of a marina, tennis courts, the famous Cool Pool, bowling, mini golf, and other activities. Bring your ATV or rent one locally and experience the 90 miles in trails our area has to offer! We hope you decide to choose us for your vacation needs. A very nice house with what may be the best location off the 18th green at Mountain Ranch Golf Course. House is a little bit older but still in good shape. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable. We had 5 guys and everyone had their own bed to sleep in. One room as 2 beds. If couples are looking at this house I would say it sleeps 8 very comfortably and 10 if two couples don't mind sharing a room. If you have kids, the basement is a nice place to let them have their own space. I would give an extra shout out to the Property Manager, Casey. We got a response within 5 minutes to every question/issue we had. The only real issue we ran into was that the internet went out on the first night. The next morning, Casey had a technician out who reconnected some loose cables outside and we had no issues after that. But kudos to Casey for being diligent.The only suggestion/concern we had is that the carpeting on the stairs down to the basement room was loose in places so you had to be careful when you went down each step. But it was a minor issue at best. Otherwise it was a very nice house. It also had two decks and a firepit though we were not able to take advantage of either.

Perfect for family vacation! Great location

Stayed here for our annual family vacation this year. Beautiful home and comfortable, as well. Lots of seating and sleeping space for everyone. Lots of fun with the ping pong table and video game, too. Fully stocked with everything you need for a week away from home. Plenty of pool toys, as well. Great communication and no issues at all. Several local restaurants if you don’t want to cook. Very close to the marina if you want to go out on the lake. Would love to stay here again.

This is a great location and roomy home. Kitchen and living areas were great. Master bedroom suite is very comfortable. The other bedrooms were lacking in comfort. Would not recommend using the basement - musty. On the whole, it could use a facelift.

The home has potential and the location is nice. However it appears it’s not been cared for awhile. Consider a thorough walkthrough upon arriving and checking out. The towels were folded while wet and placed in the closets. The sheets and pillow cases were placed on the bed/pillows wet. While the host was helpful to remedy the situation, she accused us of leaving drugs and dog feces in the home. I am assuming this was an attempt to get a portion of the money back she refunded us for the check in frustrations. The yard was knee high and appeared to have not been mowed this season. The beds are old and worn. The showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. If you plan to use the ping pong table, bring your own paddles. As there is only 1 that’s usable. If you plan to enjoy the porches, bring your own chairs as most are broke. Avoid the basement. The location of the home is nice as we enjoy playing Mountain Ranch Golf Course.

Yard wasn’t mowed. We tried to mow the yard but could not because the mower wouldn’t start. Several old chairs that have been outside for the last three years we have been there and we had 3 of them break during the trip I would say no fault to anyone on that as we are larger guys. There are 3 grills on the property but only the charcoal grill worked we had planned on using the pellet grill as we have the past few years. The ping pong table was broke and no ping pong paddles something we have always enjoyed about the house also.The house was clean and in good shape overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed the stay.

Casey does an excellent job communicating, and we really enjoyed our visit to Fairfield Bay. We had a few very minor issues with the home, and Casey was more than accommodating in assisting us. The home is in a great location if you like to golf, swim, and boat.

Perfect Group Space

Great location for a golf weekend with friends.

Super convenient. Just a walk across the road to get to the clubhouse at Mt. Ranch. Ate most of our meals at Mulligan's Lounge, and it was pretty good too. Only thing I didn't like were the cameras in the house.
