Not that great.

People were nice but the shower drain is slow and the exhaust fan is dirty and burnt and there was only one remote for 2 tvs and no place to sit but the bed. Shower needs caulking too.

We had 2 TVs, neither worked even after changing the batteries, hot water wasn’t working until we went downstairs and they adjusted something, toilet stopped flushing after a few flushes, coffee pot was not cleaned so prior tenant’s coffee was still in it

Nice room layout but outdated

Loved the room layout with a kitchenette in living room area and a separate bedroom with a door. The TV in the bedroom was a little small but a larger one in the living room. Need to update a few items. Carpet and curtains look old and nasty.

They could definitely do without the carpets, you get what you pay for my room faced the ocean top floor livingroom smelled a little but bedroom and bathroom was good and clean, the air conditioning worked so well blanket on bed was thin. Beach access across the street, close walk to pier and sandbar I enjoyed my vacation this place was atleast affordable
